WHO IS BOXTOPKITTY.COM?
Boxtopkitty.com is a privately held company located in California that was started to assist you and take the pain out of the decision-making process of adult DVDs.
We deliver high quality products discreetly to your door via USPS Priority Mail.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DVDs I HAVE ORDERED ARE BACKORDERED OR NO LONGER IN PRINT?
Backordered DVDs will be shipped to you as soon as Boxtopkitty receives them in stock, depending on the studio and its location in the United States. For those DVDs that are out of print, Boxtopkitty reserves its right to substitute the out of print DVD with ones of equal value and category. We will do our best to first locate your DVDs through various distributors and wholesalers. Boxtopkitty strives to make the substitution as close as possible to your original choice. It is important to note that compilation DVDs are especially subject to go out of print faster than regular feature DVDs.

Currently we can process Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards

HOW IS MY CREDIT CARD BILLED?
Your credit card will be billed as "Box Top Kitty"

WHEN IS MY CREDIT CARD PROCESSED, BILLED OR CHARGED?
Your credit card will be processed, billed or charged the day you make your purchase at the site.

IS MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION SECURE?
Yes, all orders are processed through a secure server. Boxtopkitty.com uses SSL encryption technology and its own security technology with Geo Trust to prevent credit card information from being stolen. Not only the credit card information, but also all of the consumer's information is kept behind a firewall. When the information needs to be transferred, the data is encrypted and transferred safely. From the time a consumer inputs their data until the time a credit company's authorization process starts, the information is not seen by anyone. Credit card information is only used partially on sales reports to prevent fraud.

DO YOU ACCEPT OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT?
Due to a high volume of non-sufficient funds checks and empty promises of the customers sending us money orders, we no longer accept checks or money orders. We know it is an inconvenience, but we have paid too much returned check fees to justify this decision.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
Boxtopkitty.com charges sales tax for those items shipped to California. 8.25% will be added to your order for your California orders.
No exceptions.


HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All your items purchased through Boxtopkitty.com are shipped from us discreetly in a USPS Priority Mail box or plain box. The box and mailing label do not indicate whatsoever the contents of the package, nor do they indicate outside that the contents are "adult goods." The label is a USPS Priority Mail label with your name and address, delivery confirmation number and our P.O. Box on the label. The return address will only consist of our P.O. Box, NOT as our adult website URL www.boxtopkitty.com. Your total privacy on all shipments is a very high priority to us.



DO YOU SHARE MY INFORMATION WITH ANYONE?

No. All information you give to us through your purchases, emails, etc. all are kept in the highest confidence and privacy. At no time is your name or information ever sold to anyone. Total privacy of all your personal information is a high priority.

WHY DOES MY ORDER SHOW "FAILED"?
An order appears "FAILED" because:
1) You did not provide the correct billing address during the checkout process on the website; or
2) You did not provide the correct CVV code (the 3-digit security code printed -- NOT embossed -- on your credit card, which is a requirement by the banks that issue your credit cards); or
3) You have reached the maximum amount of credit issued on your credit card. Please use another credit card with enough funds to cover your purchase; or
4) You are using a gift card to pay for your order.

DOES BOXTOPKITTY ACCEPT GIFT CARDS FOR PAYMENT?
No. Because our credit card processing system must verify the billing address and CVV code connected to the credit card, a gift card will be invalid. There is no valid billing address to a gift card.

WHAT DOES "PROCESSED" MEAN ON MY ORDER?
It means that your order has been placed successfully with us and your order is wating its turn for product pulling from our inventory. Orders are processed in the order which they are received. First come first served.

WHAT DOES "QUEUED" MEAN ON MY ORDER?
It means that your order has been placed successfully with us and the DVDs are being pulled from our current inventory stock. It also means that your DVDs have been ordered from the studios because we have run out of stock temporarily and are waiting for delivery from the studios. Some studios take longer than others and other occasions we pick up directly from the studios. Please be patient while we complete your order accurately.

WHAT DOES "NOT FINISHED" MEAN ON MY ORDER?
It means that your DVDs have been shipped to you and at least 1 or more DVD is missing from your original order and we are waiting for delivery of your product from the studio. Please be patient while we locate your final products and get them delivered to you as soon as we can. We are doing are very best to get your order completed and want you to be happy.

WHAT DOES "BACKORDERED" MEAN ON MY ORDER?
It means that:
1)
at least one of your DVDs is out of our stock and super late on arrival from the studios; or
2) one particular DVD may be out of print temporarliy; or
3) one particualr DVD is permanently out of print from the studio, is no longer available, and we have not been notified by the studio.
You can pick another DVD and email us about a replacement DVD to close this particular order number.


WHY HASN'T MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED RIGHT AWAY?
Orders are taken in 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are processed in the order in which they are recieved. We do not have a 24 hour staff waiting for your order to come in. We do not work weekends, although we ship on Saturdays. If you place your order Friday night, your DVD's journey and your order will not be started until Monday morning when we arrive at our office at 9 am. These are DVDs for entertainment not a vital heart transplant emergency needed tonight for an operation. If you want your DVD the same day or instantly go to your local video store and pay full retail prices of $39.95 or more. Better yet use my VOD store to get your fix.

WHY DON'T YOU GUYS SHIP FED EX?
We no longer ship by FED EX because, simply, it's too expensive for you, the customers and complained about the prices. So we do not offer it.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG YOU CAN SEND ME?
Yes! We have a catalog we can send to you with your package or send to you separatly by email or phone request.

DO YOU ACCEPT PHONE-IN ORDERS?
Yes! You can call in your orders or make special order requests on your DVDs by calling our 1-800-81-KITTY toll free number. Office hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm Pacific Time. Please feel free to leave a message if we are not there.

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE?
Boxtopkitty.com's guarantee is that we only sell 100% original brand new items directly from the manufacturer. If an item is defective, we will replace it with a new, identical item, free of charge. We do not sell replicated, counterfeit, duplicated bogus DVD's. Many online companies sell these counterfeit products obviously to make more money. This is a copyright infringement which can result in prosecution by each manufacturer. Don't be fooled or lured by their delusional cheap prices. You get what you pay for.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns are only authorized for any defective items or items damaged in shipping. These items will be replaced with a new, identical, working item free of charge. Before any return is processed, you must contact us in writing through our email service at sales@boxtopkitty.com. Adult toys and novelties that are opened cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. We know that there are specific circumstances concerning the defective items; therefore, please e-mail us first for procedures on returning your defective item. If for some reason we have sent you the wrong item by mistake, we will gladly resend you the correct item at no charge. All returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of their initial receipt. Please email us for further instructions on your return and exchange.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
Yes, refunds or exchanges are issued on manufacturers defective items only. Please refer to the returns and product guarantee questions above for more information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
No!. Once your order has been placed with us you cannot change your mind while we are in the process of fulfilling your order. Money has been spent on our part to make your DVD fulfillment happen.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?
Yes there is a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price of the canceled orders (including shipping) or when you change your mind about the DVD you want before the items are shipped. There is a minimum restocking fee of $3.00 on orders of $15.00 or less on the total purchased amount.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Usually the orders arrive depending on the postal service and the time of year within 7-10 business days of your order submission on our website. Please do not count weekends. Count on big delays of your shipments around the Chistmas, New Year Holidays and AVN show at the first two weeks of the new year. Please plan on a slower delay of arrival after regular weekday holidays when the post office is closed, i.e. Martin Luther King Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Presidents Day, and Veterans Day, to name a few.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED FROM YOUR BOXTOPKITTY WAREHOUSE?
Most of our customers experience and past shipping history shows that you will receive your items via USPS Priority Mail within 2-3 days of shipping date. An email will be sent to you stating "A Package Was Shipped To You" with delivery confirmation number and tracking information. NO information pertaining to the contents of your package is contained in the email. We want you to receive your items fast and accurately to your satisfaction.

DO YOU SHIP PARTIAL SHIPMENTS?
Yes! Many times we will ship the majority of your order on one day and send you your late arriving DVDs from the studios at a later date to avoid delaying your shipment.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world; however, there are some places in the world where we cannot ship. A comprehensive list of nations to where we cannot ship will be forthcoming. Make sure your part of the world, country and place you live in allow for adult related material to be delivered to you. Remember your items will go out discreetly by USPS Global Priority (0 to 3.99 lbs.) or US Air-Mail (4 lbs. over), will possibly have to pass through customs and will possibly be delayed in customs for inspection. Expect seven days delivery time for your package. Boxtopkitty.com does not take responsibility for delay in delivery, and customs taxes are to be paid by YOU, the buyer. You are in another part of the world where we have no control and no say so. We are happy to work with you always.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?
If you are an International customer (one with a shipping address outside the United States) and would like to purchase items from boxtopkitty.com, you may do so by checking out and using the International shipping button on the checkout page.

Please note that on international orders, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items or items detained in customs. Boxtopkitty.com does not pay for international duty taxes on any items.
